• Leadership & Workshop Management: Proven ability to manage entire workshop operations, including supervising artisans across multiple shifts, resource planning and job allocation. Experienced in implementing preventative maintenance programmes and using KPIs to drive workshop efficiency and productivity.
• Technical Mastery: Extensive hands-on expertise in the diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of heavy equipment, including:
o Heavy Mining Machinery
o Trucks and Tractors
o Earthmoving Equipment
• Auto-Electrical & Diagnostics Specialist: Deep auto-electrical knowledge, specializing in complex diagnostic work and fault-finding on modern vehicle and machinery systems.
• Financial & Operational Acumen: Hands-on experience with workshop budgeting, parts procurement and cost control, ensuring operations are both effective and financially sound.
• Core Technical Skills: Diesel engines, Hydraulics, Automotive HVAC and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
