Not-Recruitment.com functions as a lead generation service for clients who wish to manage the recruitment process themselves yet rely on Not-Recruitment.com, their collective networking skills and past recruitment experience, to do the initial leg work in terms of finding potentially interested and suitable candidates.


For the purposes of this engagement, the “suitability” of a candidate is determined by the minimum, non-negotiable criteria as provided by the client in a Job Order, deemed reasonable and accepted by Not-Recruitment.com and mutually agreed upon by the parties. Not-Recruitment.com will review the minimum requirements provided in the Job Order and consult with the client, where necessary, prior to work commencing if it believes that the requirements are unrealistic, vague, or perhaps incomplete and together the parties will mutually agree in writing to any changes made to such requirements.


Whilst beneficial and/or preferred aspects will be taken into account, these are not included in the minimum requirements stipulated and therefore Not-Recruitment.com does not, and cannot, promise that candidates presented to the client will necessarily have such desired skills, traits, etc.


Not-Recruitment.com will endeavour to provide a minimum of three (3) qualifying CVs per job, which it deems to be the most preferred candidates, based on the extent to which the candidates’ profiles match the job requirements. Telephonic pre-screening of the top three (3) to five (5) candidates will be done by Not-Recruitment.com prior to their CV’s being presented to the client. In addition, Not-Recruitment.com will provide the client with all interested candidates’ CVs so, as an example, if there are 20 interested candidates the client will be provided with all 20 CVs at the client’s request.


During the execution of a Job Order, Not-Recruitment.com will conduct research, network, source and present qualifying CVs to the client. The client will thereby be enabled to compile their own shortlist, set up interviews, and handle the rest of the recruitment process as Not-Recruitment.com’s engagement ends upon the delivery of qualifying CVs to the client. Note: Not-Recruitment.com may assist in the scheduling of interviews and conduct post-interview reference checks at the client’s request. Qualification checks can be arranged and will be at the client’s expense.


During the execution of a Job Order (the research, networking and sourcing process) Not-Recruitment.com will record the steps taken and the number of engagements (log of activity) which can be made available to the client. Only the contact details of interested candidates will be shared accompanied by their CVs; Not-Recruitment.com will not share the contact information of parties engaged that have not expressed their interest and that have not given us consent to share their details with the client.
Based on past experience and trends picked up, Not-Recruitment.com’s turnaround time typically ranges from two to six weeks; however, we will extend this period at our discretion should the response rate be deemed low.


Not-Recruitment.com charges an upfront, non-refundable, engagement fee (deposit) per job which equals 50% of the total fee. Note: The online job order form allows for up to five (5) jobs to be submitted; the engagement fee will be applied to each of the individual jobs uploaded on a Job Order form.


The remainder of the fee (balance of 50%) will become due, and payable immediately, on the date that the successful candidate accepts an offer of employment in writing and will be calculated based on the candidate’s total gross annual cost to the company (cost of employment) for the role. Should the successful candidate not be available to start their new role immediately, due to a mandatory notice period, the due date of the balance payment will be moved forward to the date that the candidate’s employment commences.
In the unlikely event that the candidate placed in the role resigns within the first thirty (30) days of their employment, Not-Recruitment.com will re-advertise the role at no additional cost, and make the full list of applications (both old and new) available to the client.


If after reasonable action on Not-Recruitment.com’s part less than three qualifying CVs are submitted to the client, the client will be provided with the log of activity mentioned above.


Not-Recruitment.com reserves the right to charge a fee if a client hires or engages any candidate introduced by Not-Recruitment.com within a period of 12 months, from the introduction date, regardless of whether the specific position was previously discussed, or included in a Job Order, with Not-Recruitment.com.


The submission of a Job Order, and/or the appointment of a candidate introduced by Not-Recruitment.com, implies your acceptance of our terms and conditions as set out above.
